Are you a Graduate, looking for an administrative position that requires a technical mind, where you will be required to produce and create reports for external clients.

Our client specialises in Forensic Investigations and are based nationwide. They are now looking for an individual to join their team in Reigate, where you will be required to provide full administrative support to the team, as well as communicating with clients. A large volume of your duties will also require you to view / create specialist and technical reports and data, whilst also proof reading to ensure accuracy.
A high level of attention to detail, you will gain the opportunity to work with scientists and engineers who are experts in their field, so you must also be a confident communicator.
The role:
  • Work alongside the Forensic Investigators to ensure the correct prioritisation of work and the appropriate KPIs are hit for each case.
  • Create and maintain case records and files accurately and archive when necessary.
  • Type, format, and proof - read technical reports and other documents quickly and accurately. 
  • Answer telephone calls, take messages and redirect calls, as necessary.
  • Arrange appointments, maintain diaries for availability, co-ordinate travel and arrange accommodation as required 

Full training will be provided!
The Candidate:
  • Must be a strong character who is able to adapt and has the ability to learn quickly
  • Analytical thinker who works well under pressure
  • Ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
  • Outstanding IT skills and experience with Microsoft platform (experience with O365 and Dynamics would be incredibly beneficial)
  • Must be Degree educated
