- Description
- We are currently looking for an experienced administrator for our client based in Guildford.
This is a temporary contract with possibility to go permanent for the right candidate.
Working hours will be Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm with a 1-hour lunch break.
£10.50 - £12PH depending on experience.
The Role:
General office duties such as answering emails, telephone call and postal correspondence.
Create and maintain files accurately and archive when necessary.
Arrange appointments and maintain diaries for availability.
Running company systems and databases
Ideal candidate:
Good telephone manner and confident in dealing with people
Positive and enthusiastic approach
Ability to work well under pressure
