- Lloyd Recruitment Services are currently working with a reputable business in the Edenbridge area who are currently in search of a Finance Assistant to join their team on a part time basis.
Duties:
Purchase Ledger
Processing high volumes of invoices
Matching invoices against purchase orders
Inputting GBP and other currency invoices into accounting systems
Reconciling supplier statements
Dealing with invoice queries
Weekly purchase ledger payments
Credit card and expenses checking and posting
Assisting FC with month end close
Sales Ledger
Creating Sales invoices daily for all departments
Cash Books
Bank reconciliation
Other
Ad hoc work and cover for other duties within finance as required
Experience:
Previous experience as a Finance Assistant
General Accounting knowledge
Sage 50 Experience
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent knowledge of MS office and outlook
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent customer service
Must be able to work from own initiative and also work well within a team
Flexible approach to adapt to changing needs of the company
Salary of £22K - £27K DOE pro rata
