** £23 – £25k ** Temp to Perm ** 8am – 5:30pm Monday – Friday ** Full Training Provided ** Friendly Work Environment **
We are currently working with a new client, based in Sutton who are seeking a Shipment Administrator to join their ever-growing team.
Working in a bustling office environment, this is a busy and varied role which will require you to think on your feet and be able to prioritise your workload effectively.
This is a great opportunity for anyone looking for a long-term commitment, and for a company where you can grow, develop and have a good laugh!
What you’ll be doing:
Good geographical knowledge
Previous customer service experience
Order processing, tracking and amending orders
Producing production schedules and spreadsheets
Liaising with clients, sales team and the accounts department via email and telephone
Diary management
Supplying clients with quotes
Computer literate with knowledge of MS Excel and Word and Outlook
