** Competitive Salary ** Car Driver ** Company Vehicle ** Full Time, 8am-5pm **
We are recruiting for an expanding, 5* Homebuilding and Renovation company, who are recruiting a Property Maintenance Operative to join their friendly team, covering Surrey and Sussex.
As a Property Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for restoring any issues within the client’s properties. This will include, but not be limited to:
Carpentry
Painting and decorating
Dry lining
Mastic and basic plumbing
We are looking for an excellent communicator, who is not afraid to work independently.
You will have experience within a similar role and be able to capably demonstrate this.
