- Description
- We are urgently looking for an experienced office administrator for our client based in Leatherhead!
Working hours will be Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm.
Paying £23,000 - £26,000 depending in experience.
Duties will include:
General office duties such as answering emails, telephone calls, postal correspondence and filing.
Dealing with both customers and suppliers and always providing great customer service.
Processing invoices and purchase orders.
Sending out order and delivery confirmations
Running company systems and databases
Running company social media accounts and marketing duties.
As the company develops and grows you may also be required to send out estimates of new enquiries, book and prepare for site installs and attend site visits with manager.
Ideal candidate:
Good telephone manner and confident in dealing with people
Positive and enthusiastic approach
Ability to work well under pressure
Previous social media managing experience is desirable
