- Opportunity for an experienced Office Manager, Operations Manager or Procurement Manager to join an established and growing business in Redhill.
** £40,000 ** Onsite Parking ** 25 Days Holiday ** Private Healthcare **
Responsible for the smooth running of the UK and overseas offices in America, Malta and Spain, the successful individual will be required to coordinate and manage a team to ensure the smooth running of all operations and office management activities.
Duties:
Manage the Procurement of office supplies including stationery, kitchen supplies and office equipment
Coordination of third party suppliers, including IT and telecommunications, building management, facilities, cleaning, other office services and equipment suppliers
Oversee Phone system coordination, mail coordination and distribution
Coordination and storage of company equipment and documentation
Co-ordination of UK credit card and UK cash expenses
Manage the coordination of new starters, welcome and induction programme, performance review and leaver processes
Involvement in organisation of company social events
Management conference ticketing, travel and accommodation arrangements
Submission of up to date employee information to Group Operations Assistant
Coordination of compliance procedure
Coordination of tenants meetings, and day to day issues with the building as required
Update Company Documentation on Google Shared Drive and ensure necessary documents are in place
The Individual:
Office Management / Operations Manager / Procurement Manager experience
Experience managing a team in various locations
Multi-site experience
Managing company events and attendance at trade shows/evening events
Ability to work on multiple projects and work to targets
Experience managing IT and Telecoms
Building management and facilities
Management of travel and accommodation experience
