*** Exciting new role ***
We are currently looking for an experienced Secretary/ Receptionist for our client based in Redhill! This is an office based role.
Working hours will be Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm with a 1-hour lunch break.
£27,000 - £28,000 depending on experience.
Duties will include:
• Handling telephone calls and receiving clients
• Dealing with post in and out
• records of client books
• Audio and copy typing
• General filing and archiving files
• Booking client meetings and up-dating director’s diary
• Liaising with clients in chasing up accounts and tax information
• Copying and binding of accounts and tax returns
• Some credit control and maintaining records of dodgy debtors
• Managing stationery supplies and topping up general office supplies
Required Skills:
• Good telephone manner and confident in dealing with people
• Knowledge and confident in the use of Word and Excel
• Educated to A level standard or equivalent
• Good level of spoken and written English with good attention to detail
• It is vital that the candidate is aware of the need for confidentiality
