Our client is urgently seeking an experienced HR professional to work on a temporary basis to assist for a four – six week period.
The successful individual will need to be a minimum CIPD level 3 qualified, and have Human Resources experience. You will provide support, advice and guidance to field staff, whilst covering all other areas of HR.
The Requirements:
To start immediately
Provide Employee Relations advice and guidance
Assist with all Generalist HR
A team player
Friendly, approachable and a confident communicator
Able to prioritise own workload
Work to targets and deadlines
Although this is a short-term requirement, there could be a possibility that this could lead to something more permanent.
