We have an opportunity for an individual to join our client who are a leading brand name, and who are looking for an individual to join their sales support team.
This is a very varied role, so the individual will need be to be highly organised and enjoy taking responsibility for tasks The ability to work to deadlines is vital and you will need to be happy with all elements of administration and being on the telephone. Providing a professional, friendly and welcoming voice you will assist with any queries relating to payments, finance facilities, system queries, commission payments and any technical / online portal issues.
This role would be a great opportunity for individuals who have gained experience in the following positions or industries:
Sales Coordinator
Sales Support Administrator / Processor
Account Manager

Motor / Dealership

The Role:
Ensuring Compliance requirements are enforced
Completing Experian searches on Companies & Individuals
Reviewing Company Accounts
Factiva Checks – to sweep Sanctions, Terrorists & Politically Exposed People (STP’s) to ensure we are compliant with Counter Terrorist Finance (CTF) & Anti Money Laundering (AML).
Respond to all Sales and other internal queries by telephone and e-mail within agreed timescales.
Assist with technical system queries
Assisting with Commission/Debit Back queries
Amending and Loading Commission packages
Profiling proposals within the agreed commission terms whilst allowing movement on commissions payable
Password resets
The Ideal Individual:
Capacity to work as part of a team while still being able to work alone, as well as the ability to establish good commercial partnerships
Multitasking and workload management skills
Excellent telephone demeanour and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to operate well under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
Positive and enthusiastic approach, self-motivated
Good verbal and written communication skills
