- Amazing opportunity for a focused and driven recruiter to join an established team, recruiting across two businesses.
** Competitive Hourly Rate ** Hybrid Working ** Onsite Parking & Facilities **
Working alongside and supporting two HR departments, you will be fundamental in the targeting, attracting and sourcing individuals to join the companies. Currently covering 30 – 33 job vacancies, these roles cover a wide area in operations, finance, marketing covering all levels from entry to senior appointments.
You will be the first initial impression of the business, and therefore it is vital that you provide a positive and professional introduction from the of-set.
This is initially a three-month opportunity, but there is a very strong possibility that this could be extended, and is a great opportunity for an individual to join an in-house team.
Duties:
Creating and advertising opportunities on website and external resourcing
Shortlisting and contact applications
Searching on job boards and LinkedIn
Submitting CV’s to line managers and providing a full run down on the individuals and experience
Organising and scheduling interviews
Providing feedback on the candidate market
Thinking outside the box, to ensure full targeting potential
Experience:
High volume recruitment experience
Experience in resourcing, advertising
Highly organised and methodical
Able to work under pressure
Extensive diary management
Able to liaise with all levels including Senior appointments
