We are pleased to be working with an expanding independently owned mobile / telecoms company, who are recruiting an Operations Analyst to join their company in NW11.
This is a newly created role and you’ll be working alongside the Head of Operations on ways to improve current processes within the company through implementing different workflows, processes, and systems for the various departments. You will also be responsible for identifying requirements from the different stakeholders, liaising with the development team to action these projects, and testing to make sure it is fit for purpose before rolling out.
Duties:
Identifying operational issues and concerns within the different departments and teams
Proactively approach potential of making recommendations on how to increase efficiencies across the different departments
Work towards improving the overall efficiency of the company, by introducing processes and systems for the various stakeholders
Collaborate with different teams to understand their “pain points” and gain their suggestions for ways for improvement and automation
Plan and implement the “go live” projects from conception to roll-out
Develop training documentation and guidelines – providing support to staff on the different systems and workflows
