We are on the hunt for exceptional Customer Service Professionals to join our client, who is based in the midst of Surrey.



Customer Experience Executive ** Temporary Roles Until End of December 2022 ** £24,000 ** Excellent Benefits ** Hybrid Working **



This fabulous client’s location offers a chance to take a breath, relax and destress on your lunch break, by walking through the woodland and grassland parks that surround this building, with picturesque views.



Duties:



  • Responding from incoming queries from customers (new & existing), and dealerships and clients


  • Providing advice / guidance on payments, settlement figures, products


  • Taking payments


  • Liaising with other in-house departments to assist with queries


  • Answering and responding to online chat


  • Responding to emails


We also have other opportunities in varying industries including Charity, Financial Services and Office Supplies.



Customer Service Advisor ** Temp to Perm ** £12.50 per hour ** Full time and Part time **



We are looking for 20 experienced and junior candidates to join our Redhill client in their open plan office, with a friendly and relaxed team, with onsite facilities including Starbucks.



  • Answering incoming calls from individuals who have their pension plans with the company


  • These requests can include IT resets, discussing missing paperwork or requesting name changes and account information, as well as bereavement and settlement payouts.




Call Centre Agent ** Permanent ** Part time and Full time ** £10.08 per hour / £19,000 **

As an asset to the team, you will to provide and manage all customer contact and enquiries, associated with the end of contract process.

The successful individuals will need to use their own initiative in identifying solutions for the customer to assist with renewal possibilities and be able to administer all customer requests using the in-house database.



24/7 Call Handler ** £22,325 ** Permanent **

Based a short walk away from Wallington Station, a well-renowned charity are searching for a passionate, empathetic individual to join their team.



  • Handling a wide range of calls from members of the public, in a sensitive and tactful manner, gaining information for onward passing to a range of professional services.


  • Handling confidential information in a professional manner


  • Processing information from website links
