** £35-40k ** Monday to Friday ** Hybrid Working 2-3 days in the office ** 25 days hols ** PR Bonus ** DC Pension ** Life Assurance ** £500 Flex benefits package **
Brand new opportunity for an experienced recruiter from in-house or agency background, to join a well-known brand name, covering multiple vacancies across the wider business.
Working closely with the Recruitment Manager and Line Manager, to come up with targeted solutions and take an active role in supporting or driving the entire recruitment cycle.
Liaising with agencies for temporary and permanent roles, maintaining headcount and activity volumes at all times.
Responsible for raising HR recruitment issues with business managers in order to ensure that appropriate management action is taken at any given stage of the recruitment process.
Provide support to colleagues and managers to enable them to achieve their headcounts
Actively participate in the interview process, influence managers to make sound business decisions based on recruiting talent for the future.
Gather and compile HRMI reports related to recruitment activity.
Track expenditure of invoices and challenges them if incorrect
Undertake specific HR activities / project and research activities which may result in short term or longer term outcomes
Assist Recruitment Manager / HRBPs in progressing HR recruitment projects related to volume recruitment opportunities i.e. acquisitions or TUPE situations
Build long term relationships with external recruitment contacts albeit via agency, job boards or other routes to market.
Qualifications
CIPD or equivalent or working towards achieving CIPD
Experience from in-house or agency recruitment background
Significant knowledge of HR Legislation, procedures and policies relating to recruitment specifically
Confident liaising with stakeholders at all levels
Ability to gather and analyse HRMI and report findings
Extensive knowledge of PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Knowledge of Workday would be a distinct advantage
