- Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a reputable business in the East Grinstead area who are currently in search of an Estate Agent to join their team on a permanent basis
Ideally, they are looking for someone who has been an Estate Agent for around 5 years already and is seeking a fresh challenge with a new team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Liaising with clients and customers
Marketing properties and creating listings
Scheduling and conducting viewings
Negotiating sales
Ensuring legal compliance
Handling enquires from customers and industry professionals
Liaising with clients to market properties in the most appropriate manner to maximise the selling value
Handling enquiries about properties from potential buyers
Valuing properties
Producing reports, brochures, promotional information and other written material
Travelling to properties and conducting viewings
Estate Agent Skills and Requirements:
Previous experience as an Estate Agent (Essential)
Customer service and sales experience
Able to negotiate and manage relationships
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Commercial and market awareness
Confident manner and ability to gain trust
Organised and patient
What is in it for you?
Salary £27,000 - £35,000 dependant on experience
Bonus / commission on top of basic salary
Monday to Friday 9.00-5.30 or 8.30 – 5.00 and some Saturday mornings to do viewings only with time off in lieu during the week
22 days annual leave p/a plus BH’s (up to 23 after 5 years) plus day of birthday off
Free parking
