- Lloyd Recruitment Services are working with a reputable company based in East Grinstead who are currently looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Receptionist / Administrator to join their team on a full time permanent basis.
You will be required to carry out general administrative duties to help ensure the smooth running of the office including filing, copying, sorting the post, answering the telephone, typing letters and inputting information onto the CRM system, so attention to detail is key.
The ideal candidate will be friendly, enthusiastic and will work well under pressure.
The role
Answer the telephone and handle enquiries in a friendly and helpful manner, providing excellent customer service at all times
Answering phones and diverting the calls
Admin and filing for the other administrators
Diary management
Schedule and book meeting rooms
Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are clean and tidy, ready to accommodate meetings
Handle incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
Provide assistance with administrative requests which may include scanning, filing and printing and typing up letters
Making tea and coffee etc
General helping in the office
Skills required
A team player, but able to work on own initiative
Attention to detail
Fast learner
Self-motivated with a strong work-ethic
Able to remain calm under pressure
Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm
Parking available on site
