We are looking for an Assistant Manager to help our client lead their new and exciting project with professionalism, great energy and fairness.

The Role:
A leader who can provide leadership and direction for all aspects of the service and operations while working cooperatively with the general manager.
Management of day-to-day service and operations, working closely with the general manager, bar manager and all food vendors on ensuring the highest quality of service, food & drink, and also health & safety requirements
Creating a welcoming, relaxed and professional environment for customers, staff and vendors
Working with vendors - understanding their business, offer and brand as well as working with them to maximise sales
Engaging with customers and being a strong, friendly, welcoming presence
Taking part in weekly/monthly management meetings with vendor partners
Work closely with all partners on delivering excellent standards
Management of administration, HR and Health & Safety
Manage private events, liaising with events co-ordinator and clients for each
Ensure traders are compliant with the licence agreement and SLA
Rota management
Delivering KPIs and working with vendors on business growth
Opening Up/Closing down procedures
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a dynamic, personable, relaxed and professional person to help create and lead Epsom Social
Customer focused with a keen eye for service and an interest in food and drink, especially street food culture and markets
Management experience (restaurants or retail)
Experience in live events and venue management a bonus
Excellent communications skills - you must engage and develop great relationships with customers, all staff and all vendors
Customer focused - hosting and curating a space
Must priorities an equal opportunities environment and a productive, healthy and happy workplace for all
Proactive involvement in business growth and development
