Our Client:
Our client, a modern, innovative, and professional restaurant consultancy, is pleased to be constructing a brand new food hall opening this Summer.
They will be presenting a variety of street food companies, pop-up ideas, an all-day bar, and an outstanding performance area that will host a range of events throughout this year's calendar.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of something from the beginning, collaborating closely with the team to see the project through to completion.
Your Role:
Daily management of all aspects of bar service and operation
Maintaining and ensuring excellent customer service and beverage experience
Build strong relationships with all beverage suppliers
Work with Epsom Social to develop business, distribution and strategy.
Great knowledge and passion for bar work, drink menus and customer service
Budget management, business building, and fulfillment of all KPI’s
Recruiting, training and managing bar teams
Ideal Candidate:
Confident, proactive, energetic, and have a true passion for creating great environments and serving delicious drinks!
Experienced and energetic individuals who can train, inspire and lead teams
Previous management experience in a restaurant, bar, or pub
Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
Personal license holder
