- Description
- Our client is looking for customer focused individuals who enjoy building a rapport with customers, and are able to engage whilst providing a professional, understanding and friendly service.
These roles can be offered on a remote working basis, however those individuals must have previous telephone handling experience.
The Salary Package:
Salary £20500 plus £500 Flexible Benefit Allowance

The Position:
You will be a friendly voice at the end of the phone, providing support and guidance to individuals who need to discuss potential payment difficulties.
An extremely rewarding position, where you will be able to assist customers with simple queries or be required to handle more complex situations, to help find a suitable solution to support their difficulties.
