- Lloyd Recruitment Services are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of one of its leading clients, a highly professional specialist finance provider, that seeks an experienced Project Support Officer to enable the smooth running of their platform selection and implementation project by supporting the project team through the operation of project management processes, and the co-ordination of business management actions and activities on their behalf.
This is a 12 month contract.
This role will give you a fantastic opportunity to work closely with senior internal and external stakeholders.

The client is offering a competitive salary and benefits package that includes a salary of up to £45,000, plus 25 days holiday, discretionary annual bonus, pension, life insurance, private medical insurance. Standard hours are Mon-Fri 9-5pm, they are happy to offer a flexible hybrid working pattern, averaging 3 days a week in the office.
Responsibilities include:
Implement and maintain appropriate systems to enable effective planning and scheduling of project activities.
Establish and maintain project controls, keeping the project manager aware of the project status.
Ensure organisational tasks are conducted efficiently i.e., ensuring project records are up to date.
Manage professional relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, and function as lead point of contact for external parties.
Provide daily administrative management of the project, including drafting notes, minutes, correspondence, and necessary follow-ups.
Support the project monitoring and tracking of activities including compiling and reviewing project metrics.
Ensure accurate tracking of project costs and report against budget.
Work closely with the project manager/members to identify and resolve issues related to the project.
Contribute to the preparation, implementation, and monitoring of project communication and visibility activities.
Support the organisation of physical, virtual and hybrid meetings, workshops, and events, including planning, preparation, organisation, and follow-up.
Provide administrative support to the wider project team, including contract management.
Candidate requirements:
Suitable experience in a relevant project delivery role within the financial services industry would be advantageous.
Preferably has experience within a regulated sector.
