Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a leading medical company who are in search of an HR Officer to join their expanding team on permanent basis. 
This is a part time role working across 5 days per week but there is flexibility on start / finish times. E.g., 9am – 1pm / 10am – 2pm / 11am – 3pm etc
Ideally candidates will work 20 – 25 hours per week
This role will be office based in Haywards Heath and report into an HR Manager in another UK office.
Job role
This role will suit someone with some previous experience in an HR capacity or even perhaps a management role where some HR duties have been involved
Candidates can be QBE although a CIPD or relevant HR qualification would be advantageous
Typical duties:
  • Handling recruitment processes/admin
  • Contract creation
  • Assisting with induction processes
  • Supporting managers through disciplinary/issues etc
  • Supporting managers with recruitment process
There could also be some additional duties if candidates are interested relating to Office Management. This could include:
  • Procurement of office & canteen supplies
  • Risk assessment maintenance
  • Keeping procedures up to date
  • Creation/maintenance of training material etc
