Our client a leader in the finance industry, are looking for two individuals to join their busy Customer Support team in their Coventry office.
Opportunities Available:
1 x Permanent Contract - £22k p/annum + benefits package
1 x Fixed Term Contract until December 2022 (possible temp to perm) – Pro-rata £22k p/annum + benefits package
Both positions will require you to work Monday to Friday / 9.00am - 5.30pm
The primary purpose of both roles, will be to manage all customer contact and enquiries associated with the end of contract process, ensuring a professional and friendly service is offered at all times.
If successful, you will need to use your own initiative in identifying solutions for the customer with renewal possibilities and be able to administer all customer requests using the in-house database.
The Individual:
A confident and friendly communicator
Excellent verbal and written communication
Fully competent on MS Office
An interest in sales / assisting with maintaining business renewals could be advantage
Previous customer services skills (min 6 months at senior level ideally) combined with telephone and administrative experience
