Sales Support Executive

Office based – London (Hybrid working, 2 days office, 3 days WFH))

The role

A fantastic opportunity to join their sales support team has arisen. They are looking for someone who wants to begin or develop their career in an exciting business. The role provides the opportunity to build knowledge of sales processes, as well as the logistical side of them, in a finance setting. You will be working directly with the broker support sales team, introducers and customers ensuring that sales go through, and amazing customer service is delivered at all steps of the process.

 

Responsibilities



  • Preparation for credit review including system input & searches


  • Liaising with sales/customers/suppliers to prepare for documentation of a transaction


  • Documenting transactions including system loading and document raising


  • Initial AML and anti-fraud checks


  • Invoice preparation


  • Liaising cross departmentally to resolve customer, sales and supplier queries


  • Pipeline prediction and management


  • Payout processing, ensuring all systems are updated and financials are in order for the release of funds




The individual

Previous sales support experience is not essential, however previous experience in the finance / lending industry would be advantageous.
