- Fraud Prevention Agent
Our client is looking for a self-motivated and professional individual to join their current team.
Working on a new product launch you will be speaking to Scheme members who want to transfer funds, where you will ensure that the transfer is legitimate by asking specific questions and following strict FCA policies.
You will mainly be making outbound calls to members after which the results of the answers will need to be summarised and communicated back to the admin teams or Trustees. You may be required to answer queries via email and be asked to provide support to the administration and Trustees. You will be a confident, friendly and professional communicator who enjoys communicating with customers and clients. Enjoy working to targets, you will also be required to follow strict FCA guidelines.
The Individual:
Interpret answers from Members in the correct manner
Maintain and develop knowledge of pension schemes especially transfers out
Provide support to the administration team
Support team members during busy periods
Work as part of an effective team
Provide an efficient, professional service to meet all client/members' needs and to promote the brand
Communicate with members via email
The Individual:
Able to work to a high level of accuracy
Able to work well under pressure and meet targets
Interpersonal skills to include good written and verbal communication
Computer literate
Excellent customer service skills and a positive, customer focused attitude
