Lloyd Recruitment Services are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a highly reputable, professional, and friendly firm of Independent Financial Advisers that seek an experienced IFA Administrator to join their team.
With standard hours (9-5pm), hybrid working (1 day WFH), and free parking within a couple of minutes of the office, my client offers a friendly, welcoming and supportive working environment.
The client is offering a highly competitive salary, 26 days holiday, and discretionary bonus potential.
Overview of role:
Responsibility for the processing of client administration for Athena Wealth Planning
Support Directors to ensure that relevant advice and sales procedures are followed at all times
Ensuring that all client contact is carried out in a professional and courteous way
Supporting Directors to ensure that client files are compliant on an ongoing basis
Ensuring that the back office system (I.O.) is being maximised to support the effective running of the business. This includes inputting all client and plan data accurately.
Use the various platforms and quotation systems to produce all pre and post sale documentation for advisers as required.
Liaising with advisers
Dealing with client queries in an efficient and timely manner
Experience, skills and knowledge required:
Previous experience within an independent financial advisory or wealth manager is essential
Proven experience in the administration of pensions and investments
Excellent client communication skills
Detailed understanding of the functionality of platforms and other quotation systems
Good familiarisation of Insurance company underwriting requirements and points of contact
Understand our obligations for AML and the prevention of financial crime
Having a positive culture attitude at all times
Good written / oral communication skills
General IT skills
