Description
Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a reputable business on the outskirts of Uckfield who are currently in search of a Customer Service Sales Advisor to join their team on a 9 - 12-month fixed term contract.

 

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Customer Services Advisor to join our dynamic team. This position is well suited to an individual that is looking to further their career in customer service and business administration. You will gain hands-on experience in a thriving and supportive workplace. This position is a fixed term, full-time contract to cover a period of maternity leave.

 

You will work closely with the sales team to assist with answering customer queries and develop relationships with customers. This exciting position offers opportunity to develop your skillset and be part of a fast-growing organisation.

 

The ideal candidate will be able to:

 



  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, email or face to face


  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries


  • Handle and resolve customer complaints


  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service enquiries


  • Provide pricing and delivery information


  • Set up new customer accounts


  • Process orders and requests


  • Organise workflow to meet customer timeframes


 

Skills and experience:

 



  • The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual with a proven track record of customer service


  • You will be able to demonstrate good listening skills, a good attention to detail and be driven by providing the best customer experience possible


  • Must be IT literate, including Microsoft packages, confident in problem solving and demonstrate ability to use own initiative


 

What’s in it for you?

 



  • Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 including OTE plus excellent company benefits


  • Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm


  • Free parking on site


  • Must be a driver and have own transport due to location
