- Lloyd Recruitment Services are working with a well-established company in East Grinstead who are currently in search of a Marketing Services Executive to join their expanding team on a fulltime, permanent basis.
As the Marketing Services Executive, you must be professional, hardworking, and have excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English. You need to show passion and enthusiasm for working in this field and have a track record of working as a Marketing Executive or in a similar role.
This role will be hybrid working and will be based in the office 3 times a week.

As Marketing Services Executive, your day-to-day your role will entail:
Create and maintain marketing output as required, ensuring materials are approved and aligned with the business’ strategy and objectives
Be the ‘super user’ for our CRM portal that manages interactions with current and potential customers
Work closely with GPs to build relationships and understand/support their needs and processes
Track marketing performance and return on investment and prepare monthly reports for management
Maintain and update customer databases
Serve as the primary contact with our IT and Data partners
Perform miscellaneous job-related functions and ad-hoc projects as required
To be considered for the role of Marketing Services Executive you will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate work
Excellent IT skills and proficiency in the use of customer retention management (CRM) software
Strong work ethic and the ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet overlapping deadlines as they arise
Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
Be able to use your own initiative
