Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a reputable organisation who are looking to recruit for a Finance Business Partner (EMEA) to join their growing team.
The Finance Business Partner (EMEA) is responsible for managing the finance ensuring adherence to all policies meet set deadlines. successful candidate will have a wide experience in improving process efficiency and quality to ensure the best possible service for colleagues, customers and suppliers.
The role will focus on providing detailed financial information both country specific and regional analysis. As the EMEA Finance Business Partner, you will be fully engaged in the European budget process ensuring alignment with the senior management teams
The ideal candidate will provide financial presentation materials both monthly & quarterly
The position will ensure all European entities provides timely financial information ensuring the business provides fit for purpose support to ensure efficiency and profitability in the region
Responsibilities
Overseeing and managing all aspects of EMEA Finance
Driving business improvement
Global finance exposure
Oversight of the month end
Ensuring financial reporting consistency
Meeting with department heads ensuring compliance with all relevant Finance policies
Managing and coordinating monthly reporting, budgeting and reforecast processes
Preparation and submission of annual statutory accounts
Experience & qualifications:
Professionally qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA
Commercially minded
A skilled communicator, able to work effectively with key stakeholders internally and externally
Able to work under pressure
Strong attention to detail
Experience using budgeting, forecasting and reporting tools
Advanced computer software skills, including Excel and other accounting packages
Salary of £70K - £90K plus bonus plus excellent company benefits
