Happy to travel to office in Wimbledon part-week?
Keen to work closely with HR Manager and alongside HR Assistants on a range of operational and ER tasks?
Would you be happy working as part of a small, extremely friendly HR team covering over 90 retail stores – mainly London & Southern Home Counties?
Key responsibilities:
You’ll be working hybrid or office based – whichever you’d prefer, with very occasional trips to sites (mainly Virtual based meetings now).
Happy to focus upon and be responsible for a range of HR cases across the business.
Keeping everyone updated on activities at Head Office at all stages, and recording any actions on the HR database for future reference.
Coach and guide managers on day to day ER issues, such as absence management, performance management, flexible working, welfare and wellbeing meetings, AWOL, disciplinary and grievance procedures.
Manage and review Occupational Health referrals
Working with the HRM to review / reset procedures and documentation including policy, letters, reports etc. as they arise.
The ideal exposure you’ll have will include:
Previous experience in a multi-sited or retail environment would be beneficial
Experience in handling end to end case management including sensitive and complex cases
Employment Law / CIPD qualification (or working towards) would desirable
Experienced at handling sensitive data in line with GDPR requirements.
