Description

Opportunity for an administrator to join a leading business, where you will support and work closely with the Operations & Marketing teams.

Assisting with creating and uploading company specific templates focusing on business improvements, you will be highly organised with excellent focus on attention to detail.

Additional duties will see you assisting and creating reports that will be seen my internal teams and Stakeholders.

What will you be doing?
  • Update and maintain accurate records of current templates and procedures, along with records of template risk ratings.
  • Before publishing, make sure all required approvers have accepted procedures and templates.
  • Keep detailed records of procedure approvals.
  • Maintain the highest degree of technical knowledge and understanding of processes, systems, and services.
  • Review department letters and suggest improvements, conduct reviews of amended letters and manage the sign off and roll out of updates.
  • Review training material ensuring they match any amended procedures and templates.
  • Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across the relevant areas.
  • Show a positive attitude to all team members by being loyal and fully committed to team objectives.

The Individual:
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Fully IT proficient
  • Able and enjoy working in a busy and fast paced environment, working to deadlines and targets.
  • Ability to work under your own initiative
  • Produce easy to read reports
  • A friendly and confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
  • Energy, enthusiasm and a commitment
  • Excellent verbal, written, and personal communication skills
