Are you looking for part time work – our client is happy to consider individuals who can work a minimum of 15 hours per week

Our client, a reputable and market leader are looking for customer focused professionals to join their friendly team.
We are looking for individuals who want to work part time, and they are happy to consider a minimum of 15 hours.
The Department & Office:
A lovely open plan office, with a friendly and relaxed environment

The Interview:
Interviews will be face to face - a chance to see the office and meet the team and listen to the calls and experience the role to make sure it is right for you.
Come along to have a coffee and a cake – experience the whole atmosphere
The Role:
Answering incoming calls from individuals who have their pension plans with the company
These requests can include IT resets, discussing missing paperwork or requesting name changes and account information, as well as bereavement and settlement payouts.
The Individuals:
Friendly and professional communicators, able to show empathy when needed
IT proficient or keen to learn – you will be working of multiple screens
