Lloyd Recruitment are pleased to be working with a well-established company, who are recruiting a Stock and Operational Coordinator to join their North-London branch.
You will be in charge of all stock activities / movement between three Retail Departments, as well as, device rentals and repairs - so the ability to multitask in a very high-volume environment, remaining accurate at all times is a must to avoid errors and disappointment for the end client.
Responsibilities of a Stock and Operational Coordinator:
Sole responsibility for receiving and uploading stock to the system
Allocating and dispatching stock, both physically and into our internal database
Full responsibility of the company’s Protect service, dealing with customers, phone repairs and warranties
Dealing with all returns
Stock checks to be carried out monthly for all three Retail Departments
Maintaining and updating internal systems ensuring that all products and prices are up to date on inventory management system and internal price lists
Become an expert in inventory and sales system and provide training for new staff members
Managing the crediting of stock return
Required skills and abilities:
Proactive and organised
Able to take responsibility and initiative
Must be able to prioritise workload effectively and work under pressure
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be hands-on with packaging and shipping
Excellent time management skills
Attention to detail
Provide excellent customer service
Full training will be provided for the right candidate
Due to the nature of the role, you need to be aware of the lifting and stock movement elements - which on occasions, could be a large proportion of the days duties inline with seasonal demands.
