- Description
- Our client an internationally recognised brand name, is looking to build a new team in their customer service department.
Interviews are being booked in where you can come to the office and meet the teams, be shown around and take advantage of the coffee / tea and cake on offer – a real opportunity to gain an insight into the business and gain a feel for the environment.
These roles are initially being offered on a temp to perm basis, but can also be offered on a longer-term temporary duration.
Positions could suit individuals looking to work in a corporate setting, or students / graduates looking to gain experience and pursue a career in the Financial Services industry.
What is required to work in this role:
A confident, friendly and professional communicator
Happy to be on the telephones (you will be answering calls from customers discussing their plans and accounts)
Fully IT proficient
Good written grammar
Keen and enthusiastic to learn with a strong work ethic and reliability
The Role:
Responding to incoming queries from customers and employees
Discussing account details, updating information
IT password resets
