OTE £25,000 - £27,000
Lloyd Recruitment Services are looking for Trainee Recruitment Consultants to work in our East Grinstead office who will recruit professionals into businesses across Sussex and the Southeast.
Lloyd Recruitment Services has been a premier recruiter throughout Surrey for over 25 years!
You will be working as part of an established team and will be responsible for sourcing candidates and matching them to suitable vacancies.

Day to day of the role:
Resourcing candidates for live roles; utilising the internal database, job boards and social media
Ongoing candidate relationship management
Maintaining the internal database with up-to-date information
Screening (quality management and role match) and submission of CV’s
Generating leads and opportunities to support sales and candidate pipeline
Producing mailshots to develop business areas
Preparing candidates for interview
Researching new companies via web, phone and onsite visits
Working within a fun friendly team, having fun whilst working hard!
Person specification:
Ideally you will have a background in sales or the ability to demonstrate why you could do well in a sales-based environment with a genuine hunger to succeed in all that you do
Without a doubt, you will be chomping at the bit to earn commission and achieve very fair sales targets
You will be an excellent communicator who will be confident dealing with candidates and clients
Flexibility is key with the ability to work in a fast paced but fun working environment
Solid IT skills
Professional telephone manner
Hunger to learn and develop in the role
