- Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a leading Data Centre Services Provider who are currently in search of a Senior Marketing Manager to join their team initially for a 12 month fixed term contract.
Duties:
Stakeholders:
Communicate and manage stakeholders effectively, across a wide variety of technical and nontechnical cross functional groups, ensuring outputs meet business needs
Define and drive requirements for leadership reporting, rollout, and post-rollout validation
Deliver and present insights that address areas of business value and opportunities to improve
Translate complex data into digestible insight aligned to business objectives
Track ROI including attribution & influence of marketing investment against spend & output
Facilitate demonstration of marketing impact to sales targets / business objectives in a concise manner
Facilitate leadership discussion on project priorities and drive consensus on appropriate success measures
Marketing:
Contribute to the leadership team for the global demand generation marketing organisation
Solid understanding of marketing principles & disciplines; manage and report on marketing campaign tracking, including sources across multiple channels and programs
Set & maintain vision for reporting to stakeholders, including peers within wider marketing organisation such as campaign & content, automation, web teams at all levels (global, regional, local)
Facilitate & support campaign effectiveness, monitoring to identify trends and opportunities for improved conversion rates
Implement a data-driven, performance-monitored quantitative approach to process and performance optimisation
Create, and evolve means of tracking campaign, program, channel performance against cost input & revenue output
Create feedback loop to drive optimisation based on insights gleaned through historical data
Operations & project management:
Maintain integrations between multiple systems
Create, maintain, and evolve means of proactively tracking operational excellence, such as lead acceptance SLAs, validation against entry errors, process adherence
Understand the systems and data points applicable to each group, and to advise on areas for opportunity and collaboration in ingesting and tracking data.
Streamline operations through automation, improve processes and results from our data infrastructure and reporting ecosystem
Management of prospect to opportunity process, including lead assignment process, tracking and optimisation of lead acceptance SLA (funnel velocity)
Develop and advocate self-serve tools
Testing new CRM data points and events in staging and production environments, clean-up of processes to support/improve data integrity in line with HQ-driven reporting requirements; drive resolution of escalated technical data issues and provide guidance/insights into overall process improvement
Collaborates with cross-company departments such as Sales Operations or Platform & Growth to maintain organisation-wide data standards ensure methodology alignment, deliver technical process
Ensure policies & processes are documented and communicated to relevant communities
Facilitate & support campaign effectiveness, monitoring to identify trends and opportunities for improved conversion rates through
Support driving adoption with in-market field teams on tools usage and troubleshooting
Essential knowledge:
Deep familiarity and experience with CRM (SFDC) and maintenance of typically marketing-owned data & process
Advanced experience in data segmentation and reporting within a Web, Marketing Automation (MA) & CRM ecosystem. Google Analytics, SFDC, Marketo & Pardot advantageous.
Experience with attribution & influence model; Bizible advantageous
Experience with data visualisation; PowerBI advantageous
Experience with data merge/migration project advantageous
Experience owning MA migration project advantageous
Ability to communicate strategy, insights, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience working cross-functionally with sales operations, CRM IT and wider marketing disciplines
Experience designing and creating global operational excellence programs & gold standard processes to support an end-to-end funnel model that is compliant to data protection
Experience working with and managing agencies
Deep understanding of digital marketing principles & reporting requirements of different disciplines
Experience working with APIs and data sync troubleshoots
Intermediate Access and/or Excel
Qualifications:
Vocational or professional qualifications in quantitative fields (e.g. analytics, statistics or equivalent), or 5+ years’ experience in an analytics & data management role
BA/Sc or other professional qualifications in Marketing disciplines (e.g. CIM)
Previous experience in international organisations – global experience a must
Fluent in English, both written and orally. Other European languages advantageous
People management experience, including managing other people managers
