- Senior Recruitment Coordinator
** Temporary Assignment until December 2022 ** Remote Working Available ** ** Must be able to travel to central London office if requested ** £250 - £300 **
Our internationally recognised client is looking for an experienced recruiter to join their team.
You will have the responsibility to oversee the recruitment processes in collaboration with the wider teams, screening internal and external candidate applications, vacancy management, advert generation and keeping in-house systems updated.
The ideal individual must have gained previous recruitment experience working in a corporate setting, and have managed a full recruitment project / life cycle from recruitment days to onboarding.
Duties / Responsibilities:
Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers including regular updates on the shortlisted pipeline
Communicate with the candidate pipeline at all stages of their recruitment process
Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure recruitment requirements are met
Utilise recruitment technologies and a suite of sourcing strategies to hire from inclusive and diverse talent pools
Reviewing and scoring video interviews against a competency scorecard
Managing the scheduling for all assessors and candidates in a timely and efficient manner
Effectively manage their inclusion and diversity targets throughout the recruitment cycle
Ensuring that the approval and offer processes are conducted in an accurate and timely manner
Facilitating feedback discussions with candidates
Leading the keep warm activities and engagement with all new hires
Managing invoice payments and quarterly reporting on spend
Experience / Requirements/Qualifications:
Experience in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and web-based technologies
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional organisational/coordinating skills with good numerical skills
Ability to work independently and with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines when there are multiple tasks to manage
Displays persuasive and effective influencing skills in order to achieve desired outcome and drawing on formal and informal networks and experiences
Able to relate to a range of different groups of people and adapt working styles to suit the circumstances and objectives in an open-minded manner
Always maintains confidentiality and security of information
Approachable and reliable with a tactful and diplomatic attitude
