Description
Quality and Security Compliance Manager

 

Area:  A base in the Midlands would be ideal for easy transport to other major cities for site visits on a regular basis

Salary: £35k-£45k

Contract: 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday 08:00 till 17:00

Annual Leave: 23 days plus 8 BHs

Pension: after 3months 3% standard

 



  • Experience in ISO 9001 and 27001 is essential


  • Experience of operating a Compliance Management System


  • ADISA certification and membership would be advantageous


  • Experience in ISO 14001 (environment) and/or 45001 (safety)


  • Possess excellent knowledge and understanding of data protection legal and regulatory requirements


  • Flexible approach to fulfil duties in an environment with ever changing and conflicting priorities


  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and management


  • Passionate about data you’ll be consistently identifying areas for potential improvement or innovation


 



  • A min of 5 years compliance experience ideally.


  • You’ll be expected to travel to all the different technology sites around the UK, to support Managers in ensuring they are meeting the agreed ways of working for their clients.


  • Able to offer day to day advice of the legalities of security and perform internal audits which will be recorded on the CMS.

Able to speak and converse with stakeholders and senior SLT members, to implement or discuss ideas to improve ways of working.  Able to use own initiative to get started and hit the ground running.  A genuine team player with a hands-on approach.

 

Responsibilities



  • Conduct internal audits for Quality and Information Security


  • Manage compliance relating to ISO 9001, 27001 and ADISA across all sites


  • Develop/enhance SOPS, Controls, checks and KPIs relating to Quality and Information security


  • Update and maintain Compliance Management System


  • Assist with developing and updating training and guidance materials


  • Lead and support external ISO 9001, 27001 and customer audits
