Temporary to Permanent Opportunity
An exciting opportunity awaits to join a busy sales team to provide them with the administration and customer services support.
You’ll be one of the first points of contact for all incoming calls and emails to the team, handling queries and enquiries, following up with documentation as required of your colleagues, setting up new accounts on the database, amending records with any changes, researching activity of previous contacts, and passing on findings to the team to action and basically being one of the "go to team".
What you can offer to the role:
You’ll have a minimum of 18 months office experience
Ideally, you’ll already have some exposure to a busy sales support or customer services environment.
A can-do attitude with a professional approach
Confident liaising with clients and customers
Competent IT user - full training provided on their in-house system.
This role is being signed off as a permanent opportunity, so consideration for a temp to perm contract is a distinct possibility.
