- Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with an independent, family run business based in Crawley who are currently looking for a Warehouse Manager to join their team on a fulltime permanent basis.
As the Warehouse Manager you will be responsible for the fulfilment team which includes goods in, picking, packing, customisation of products & administration.
The Role
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Warehouse Manager is responsible for the safe and successful fulfilment practices of the warehouse.
Key responsibilities:
Maintaining a safe working environment for the team
Working with the warehouse Team Leader to manage the delegation of tasks to the team based on demand
Stock Management
Communication with Customer Services, Purchasing and Management
Training and development of the team
Complaint Management
HR Management
Skills and experience:
Experience in a warehouse management role
Forklift licence (preferred but not essential)
Fantastic Leader - Motivate and promote best practices within their team
Strong Communications - Update all the relevant teams with any issues that could affect the patient or the business
Enjoys working in an adaptable environment – We are a growing business, constantly evolving to the demands from the market. The warehouse will therefore need to be flexible to adjustments in process where necessary
Empathy – Our customers require the very best service which sometimes means going above and beyond the normal processes
Strong IT Skill Set – Microsoft Office and bespoke programs
