We are recruiting a Customer Solutions Administrator to join an award-winning company, in order to support and assist the Customer Solutions Team in all administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Support good customer outcomes by taking day to day responsibility for accurately and timely completion of Customer Solutions Team administrative tasks.
Take responsibility for tracking and processing reschedule documents
Contacting customers to progress the return of accurately completed finance documents in a timely manner
Activating rescheduled agreements within agreed time scales.
Submitting third party dealer checks
Liaising with third party dealers to obtain invoices
Sharing workload between the Customer Solutions Specialists
Managing the Customer Solutions inbox and where appropriate responding to enquiries from customers, dealers and the wider business
Dealing with day to day general post
Providing support for the Customer Solutions Team where required
We are looking for a PC literate individual with a good telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
