Opportunity for a customer service focused individual
Individual who enjoys providing a high level and quality service
Previous experience of handling and providing resolutions to complaints and escalated queries
Having entered the consumer finance business is 1972, our award-winning client is on the hunt for enthusiastic individuals, to join their friendly and established customer service team.
With the ability to communicate confidently, the successful individual will investigate and respond to complaints received from customers, ensuring that both the customer and the business obtain an acceptable resolution.
Experience:
Previous customer service and complaints experience
Proven track record of investigating incoming communications
Experience working in a regulated industry
The above opportunity could suit someone who is looking to build on their current customer service experience within the Financial Services industry.
