We are thrilled to be recruiting for our well-established client, who are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the team. Not only will you provide support, but you will also be the first point of contact to all motor dealerships and their in-house sales teams.



With excellent interpersonal skills, you will be joining a friendly and welcoming team and work in an ever-changing role.



The ability to problem-solve and build relationships is a must as this is not your typical call centre role.



Duties:



  • Provide relevant assistance to resolve dealer inquiries or requests


  • Liaise with dealers, field-based workers, and other business departments to handle inbound phone queries from supporting dealers and internal sales staff


  • Take care of all incoming post as well as the department mailbox.


  • Manage all Generic Interface issues.


  • Handle or escalate any identified risks in accordance with corporate policies and/or legislative and regulatory requirements.


  • Comply with all compliance and regulatory requirements, including GDPR.




The Ideal Candidate:



  • A team player, whilst also being able to work autonomously


  • Strong interpersonal skills and an excellent telephone manner


  • Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines


  • Positive and enthusiastic approach


  • Previous telephony experience


  • Adequate computer literacy and numeracy skills


  • Good verbal and written communication skills
