Salary: ** £24k - £32k ** Six month contract **
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and creative Marketing Assistant to join the Product & Marketing team, based within a well-established organisation.
Duties:
Carrying out regular customer survey / customer feedback collection activities through online and offline channels from existing and prospective clients and assisting Marketing & Product Head in formulation of customer feedback analysis.
Supporting Product & Marketing Head in preparing Market / Competitor / competitor product analysis and provide inputs for product innovation and development activities.
Supporting Product & Marketing Head in analysing product performance, in conducting product review and in preparing the product road map.
Supporting Marketing Head in designing and implementing Training Programs on products and Marketing activities to the front-line staff.
Supporting Marketing Head in producing product literature in compliance with financial promotion guidelines of UK regulators and in designing / implementing various Marketing and Branding Campaigns.
Attending community events sponsored / co-sponsored by the company and developing Relationship with existing and prospective clients and to measure impact analysis.
Supporting Marketing Head in conducting Brand audit of Branches and in ensuring compliance of Brand guidelines.
Skills and Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Management
Specialisation in Marketing or Finance (preferable)
Excellent Working Skills on Microsoft Office
Basic understanding on Fintech / Digital Banking Products / Core Banking / API’s is desirable
