Fabulous entry level opportunity awaits, to join an expanding telecoms company, where a full on-the job and then buddying training programme awaits. You’ll be working as part of a retail team, discussing clients requirements both face to face and over the phone, and coming up with products to
The Role:
Welcome customers in to the branch and establish their requirements by asking them questions and assessing their needs
Advise customers by providing additional information on products or services in branch, by email or by telephone
Help customers make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and cross sell products and services
Remain knowledgeable on products and services offered
Maintain a presentable retail work environment and professional space, ensuring that stock is kept locked away where appropriate
The Successful Candidate:
Proven working experience as a sales associate
Interest in technology and telecommunications
Be presentable at all times
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service driven
Excellent IT skills, specifically Microsoft, Excel, Outlook and Word
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
** Opportunities exist in two locations - NW11 and N16 **
