- Our client a leader in the car industry, are looking for two individuals to join their Customer Support team.
Opportunities Available:
We have a permanent opportunity, offering a salary of £20k plus benefits
Temp to perm opportunity £10.50 per hour
Working Hours 9am - 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)
The primary purpose of this role is to provide and manage all customer contact and enquiries, associated with the end of contract process, ensuring a professional and friendly service is offered at all times.
The successful individuals will need to use their own initiative in identifying solutions for the customer to assist with renewal possibilities and be able to administer all customer requests using the in-house database.
The Individual:
A confident and friendly communicator
Excellent verbal and written communication
Fully competent on MS Office
An interest in sales / assisting with maintaining business renewals could be advantage
Previous telephone and administrative experience (minimum six months)
