** Temporary to Permanent Opportunity ** 100% Remote Working ** Salary Depending on Location - inner London £24k - £25k / Outer London £21k - £22k **
** Individuals will need to pass DBS and Credit Checks, as well as full referencing **
Our client, a leader in the cash solutions industry are looking for two individuals to join their teams, working on a temp to perm basis.
Providing support to key accounts in the Financial Services / Banking industries, you will provide information relating to their collections and deliveries, assisting with contract queries and liaising with the Business Development and Account Managers.
Able to work targets and deadlines, you will need to be focused and able to prioritise your workload and have a minimum level of intermediate on Excel.
We are looking to receive applications from individuals who have worked previously in a fast-paced role, with proven experience of coordinating and B2B experience.
The Individual:
Previous experience working in a client focused position
A professional, confident and friendly telephone manner
Proven experience working on telephones, answering inbound and making outbound calls
Able to multi-task and prioritise workload
Fully IT proficient on Outlook, Excel and Word
Be able to work at home successfully - equipment will be provided
