£21,500 basic + uncapped commission - OTE £35-40k
Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a long-standing client of theirs, who are recruiting an Internal Sales Executive to join their expanding team in Manchester (M17).
To generate new business and promote additional services to existing customers.
Duties:
Field incoming sales enquiries from new customers and manage through the sales process to closure.
Gather core information from the conversation to ensure that the correct products are offered
Negotiate pricing and contract terms
Liaise with contracts department and depots to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved and maintained
Accurately input new contact and details onto the CRM
Further develop prospective customers by enquiring about additional sites
Generate cross selling leads
Skills and Knowledge:
Ideally experience of telesales in B2B environment with an ability to close sales over the phone essential
Able to prioritise, multi-task and work self-sufficiently
High level of commitment and ability to work effectively under pressure.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
