- Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a reputable business based in the East Grinstead area who are currently in search of an Administrator to join their growing team on a full-time permanent basis.
Role overview:
As part of a specialist team of 6 administrators, work with CL Consultants and volunteers, CL owners, Local Authorities and members to provide an efficiently administered CL network in accordance with Club policies and statutory requirements.
Duties:
Progress applications in accordance with current procedures, working with external Consultants during the process. Initiate consultation with Local Planning Authorities and neighbours and prepare relevant documentation depending on application approval or refusal
Progress within current procedures and work with external and internal staff as required on change of applications
Track the progress of all applications and follow up
Assist in logging, signing off or chasing relevant health and safety documents to ensure compliance via a digitised online audit system or manually
Issue new Certificates to sites who are unable to register or access the online system
Monitor existing sites and ensure they all have at least one annual visit; process annual visit reports, deciding on appropriate action and following up accordingly
Provide phone and email assistance to the site staff, giving support and operational information, assisting with enquiries and updating marketing data on request
Maintain up-to-date electronic files, records and data in the product database and the audit management database
Respond to customer enquiries
Investigate and log complaints received from customers and follow up appropriately; making recommendations and taking action as appropriate
Email / despatch mailings, marketing literature, signage and other materials to the sites as and when required within current processes
On occasion, assist in the design and administration of marketing promotions
Attend events and meetings as required
Subject to geographical area, submit planning applications to the Local Authority
Use the Purchasing system to create purchase requisitions, as required
Provide effective support and cover, when required, to the other Team Administrators
Essential Skills & Experience Required:
Good knowledge of computer systems ideally including Google (docs, sheets, slides) and Gmail.
Proactive and organised with a friendly but business-like manner
Strong communicator with a positive and persuasive personality
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others
Experience of delivering excellent customer service and complaints handling
Attention to detail and effective writing skills
Ability to manage your own workload and work remotely when required
