Lloyd Recruitment are pleased to be working with a well-renowned media agency, who are recruiting a Performance Director to join their London office.
Key skills will include:
Previous experience of leading and developing a performance team
Keen to develop the company’s performance strategy across key performance clients
Expert communicator, especially in presenting to senior client contacts or in new business pitches.
Effective delegator with strong listening skills, and the ability to support and motivate a team.
Highly proficient media planner with a comprehensive knowledge of all media channels and their respective roles in campaign objectives.
Duties:
Responsible for delivering the growth strategy on clients working across two media agency subsidiaries
Direct ownership of media clients, whilst working in tandem with both Client Experience and specialist teams to develop a strategic roadmap
Setting out a plan to transparently deliver tangible value for the client brand by integrating the agency’s considerable resources, expertise, tech and innovations
Ensures client information is shared appropriately across internal teams
Is adept at challenging clients and suppliers as an authority on marketing strategy, as well as displaying diplomacy and influence whether by phone, email or face to face.
Relationship development with client-group marketing team, supporting the account strategy, client development and key stakeholder relationships. Building trust at every level of the client relationship.
Manages resource across their client to ensure outstanding service delivery and quality of work.
Confidently and effectively manages conflict or issues, delivering positive outcomes for both the client and agency.
Demonstrates professional behaviours, both internal and external, and communicates expectations of professional behaviours to team. Manages and mentors the team in developing skills in this area.
Takes on the responsibility of line management and personal development of their assigned team. Conducting appraisals, setting clear objectives and KPIs.
Proactively acquires the skills of performance management and seeks training in these areas where required.
