- Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a reputable business in the East Grinstead area who are currently in search of an HR Systems Advisor to join their team on a part time permanent basis.
Ideal candidates will be seeking 25 – 30 hours
Purpose of job:
As the company’s’ HR system Ambassador you will help ensure Managers and
Talent can confidently utilise the platform. Understand new functionality and ensure the appropriate training is available and provided at all levels. Production of reports to support the HR teams requirements and integration with People Development, Compensation and Benefits and Communications teams within the department
Key Tasks/Accountabilities:
System duties:
Ensure the business understands and utilises the full functionality of the system
Provide training workshops for new starters, existing talent and leaders, in conjunction with HR Advisor/Manager, if required
Work with the systems provider, the People Development team and Internal Communications to produce the appropriate training materials
Support Managers with usability through quarterly check-ins, handing over people issues to the HR Manager
Be the key point of contact with System Account Manager, attending monthly
meetings and introducing new functionality as well as maintaining responsibility for invoicing, Purchase Orders, adding new starters and leavers
Update Company Key areas of Focus as required and other areas of the portal as required
Collate and populate the Head of Department monthly reports in advance of meetings with system data
Reporting (using Data on Demand functionality)
Produce monthly usage reports
Populate Head of Department monthly reports
Update the training matrix
Produce reports for year-end bonuses for calibration purposes
SAP Super User
Ensure the accurate maintenance of the SAP HCM system and all other electronic staff records, including G Suite/Excel databases, through regular reviews of data, monthly audits
Provide support, guidance and training where necessary to other members of staff on the SAP HCM system, when required, to mitigate errors and issues.
Essential Skills & Experience Required:
Technical proficiency in HR Performance Management and Database systems
SAP knowledge a distinct advantage
Previous experience working within an HR team
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Previous Training, mentoring, coaching experience
Patience
Attention to detail
Team Player
Knowledge of Open Blend desirable
Ability to communicate at all levels
